ADORABLE NOTES · A little room to write
A journal entry can be one sentence.
You do not need to reconstruct your whole day. If a blank page feels like another assignment, pick one of these prompts. A scrap of paper or your notes app works, too.
01
What did you do?
“I sent the reply I had been putting off.” Keep it specific. It does not need to look impressive.
02
What did you get through?
“I had a difficult conversation.” Describe the moment without grading yourself. You can skip anything you would rather not revisit.
03
What helped in that moment?
“I took a quiet break.” Leave a clue you might want to come back to, rather than a conclusion about what always works.
You can stop right there.
If a small next step comes to mind, write it down. If it does not, the note can stand on its own. You do not owe your journal a backlog of missing days.
