About the service
Adorable helps adults journal, reflect, and organize everyday life. It is not a diagnostic, treatment, or emergency service. The operator is Adorable, and you can reach us at adorable@studiopoly.ai.
Apple’s standard End User License Agreement applies to the App Store app. This page explains journal storage and Ink features. It does not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law.
What is included
Each calendar month includes 7 different journal dates and 1 new reflection. Free allowances refresh on the first day of the month and do not roll over. Connected accounts use the time zone stored for that account.
Reading, exporting, and deleting saved entries, along with tasks, the focus timer, and coping notes, do not cost Ink.
When Ink is used
After your free allowance, another journal date costs 3 Ink and a new saved reflection costs 10 Ink. The app asks you to confirm the cost first. Adding more entries, photos, or check-ins to an already opened date does not charge for that date again.
Drafts stay on this device separately from paid access. New access that needs server confirmation requires an internet connection. When a connection is interrupted, the app keeps the result pending and checks the same request to avoid duplicate charges.
Top-ups and monthly Ink
Versions with purchases offer a one-time 100 Ink top-up and a monthly 120 Ink subscription. Apple’s purchase sheet shows available products, price, currency, tax information, and billing period before purchase. Changing the app language does not change your App Store region.
A monthly subscription renews automatically unless canceled. Each verified payment or renewal adds 120 Ink. Purchased Ink does not expire, and canceling a subscription does not remove the Ink already left in your account solely because the subscription ends. Ink cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another person’s account.
Internal tests and versions with purchasing disabled do not accept real purchases. Development test Ink is separate from purchased Ink.
Cancellations, refunds, and restoration
You can cancel future renewals in Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting the app, signing out, or deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. Refund requests go through Apple and are subject to Apple’s process and applicable consumer protections.
A confirmed refund may adjust Ink granted by that purchase. The app does not display a negative balance as a debt. Reading, exporting, and deleting entries you already saved remain available.
After reinstalling, use the Apple Account you originally connected to check your Ink balance. Checking purchase history does not grant Ink that you have already spent.
Your journal and account deletion
You keep the rights to your journal. Entries and photos are stored on this iPhone and are not restored by signing in. Export anything you want to keep before switching phones or deleting the app.
Account deletion removes the server Ink account and personal records on this device, including unused Ink. An accepted deletion cannot be canceled. Manage your subscription separately. Copies on other devices and files you exported can be deleted where they are stored.
Problems and changes
If a balance or save cannot be confirmed, use the app’s status check or contact us. Device settings, connectivity, and the availability of Apple, authentication, and payment services can delay notifications, sign-in, saves, or purchases.
Material changes to prices, free allowances, or Ink costs will be explained before they apply to new use. We will not add an expiration date to Ink you already bought or retroactively charge Ink to read, export, or delete existing entries.
